From cupcakes to wedding cakes, nothing is too small or too large. While my personal favourite is children's cakes, I make Christening, celebration and wedding cakes, and am happy to work with you if you have a particular design in mind and need to expand on it - a partnership that makes your cake truly bespoke.
Special care is taken to ensure that the inside of the cake is fresh, light and moist, whether it be vanilla, chocolate or passion-fruit sponge, lemon drizzle, carrot or lemon poppyseed. Or you could try my dark rich fruit cake filled with mixed fruit, nuts and brandy.
If you have anything specific in mind I would love to meet to discuss and develop your own very special creation. I specialise in working with children on their own designs.
